William Eisinger During the last 33 years, Mr. Eisinger has been involved in the management and design of electric utility transmission line and substation projects ranging from voltages of 46kV to 500kV and capital costs of up to $500 million. Before joining POWER, Mr. Eisinger held various positions with Idaho Power Company and was a transmission line and substation engineer for Pacific Gas & Electric Company. At Idaho Power, Mr. Eisinger managed the Southwest Intertie Project as well as several other major intertie projects. He also had responsibility for the design of new transmission lines, including route selection, material specification, structure design and location, and preparation of construction drawings. Mr. Eisinger supervised multi disciplined personnel, including electrical and structural engineers.

Mr. Eisinger joined POWER, in 1989 as a Project Manager in the Transmission & Distribution Division. During his career at POWER he has served as Project Manager on numerous transmission line and substation projects including the Pauline-Moore 345 kV transmission line for Nebraska Public Power District, the Valley-Rainbow 500 kV project for San Diego Gas & Electric Company as well as several major general services contracts for clients including Austin Energy, Sunflower Electric Power Corporation, Pacific Gas & Electric Company, and Idaho Power Company.

Mr. Eisinger is currently Vice President and Manager of the T&D Division with responsibilities including marketing and business development, project management, and project control. During Mr. Eisinger's tenure with POWER, the company has grown from approximately 75 employees to over 1000 employees and is the largest engineering firm in the state of Idaho. In the specific market areas for which Mr. Eisinger has responsibility (Transmission & Distribution Engineering), POWER is ranked as the largest provider of those services in the US. He is a principal stockholder and member of POWER's Management Committee and serves on the Board of Directors. He also serves on the Boards of Directors for INTEC Services, an electric utility asset management services company, and Telemetric, an electric utility distribution automation equipment manufacturer.
